At Hooga, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags are securely attached and the invoice is included.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
